VINH NUGYEN, CEO
Vinh Nguyen is a distinguished entrepreneur and business leader of Vietnamese and Belgian nationality. With a robust career spanning over two decades, he is the current President of the Belgium Vietnam Business Association (BVBA) in Belgium, and the CEO & Founder of Nexus GP (formerly Go City Assets, BV) a position he has held since 2016. Previously, he served as the President of Viet Phat Textile, Garment Export Import JSC from 2004 to 2016 and holds key roles in various organizations, including SIR Bespoke Tailor and Viet Thang Corporation. His extensive experience in the textile and fashion industry began in 1995 and includes setting up significant business ventures such as Hung Long Thread JSC and GARB, showcasing his ability to build networks and distribution systems across multiple markets.
A graduate with degrees in Economics and Foreign Affairs, Nguyen has participated in numerous global training programs and received accolades, such as the Eisenhower Fellowship in 2013 where he now serves as the President of the Vietnam Chapter. He has traveled to over 50 countries across five continents, fostering relationships and promoting trade between Europe and Asia. Passionate about sports, he enjoys golfing and tennis, following athletes like Rory McIlroy and Rafael Nadal. In addition to his professional pursuits, he values family, travel, and building business networks, with interests extending to investment in luxury and sports-related clubs.
